General terms and conditions of use
The Company operates the Site as defined in the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy Privacy Policy.
The General Conditions of Use of the Site are the rules to be followed when browsing the Site. When an individual browses the Site, he or she must be aware of and comply with the rules contained in this document.
They form a whole with the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice of the Site. Capitalized terms not defined herein are defined in one of the above-mentioned documents.
The Company is free to make changes to this document. Should this be the case, Visitors and Users will be notified by email and/or a pop-up box to obtain their consent for the modifications made.
Purpose of the Website. The purpose of the Site is to present the Company's services (the "Services") and enables the Visitor or User to discover the project, the Services, the project team, and to obtain contact information for the Company.
Acceptance of the General Conditions of Use of the Site. By browsing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Site's General Terms and Conditions of Use. They are accepted at the same time as the Privacy Policy. If the individual is browsing the Site on behalf of a company or legal entity (i.e. a corporation), he or she must ensure that he or she has the necessary authority to do so. If an individual disagrees with the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site, he or she must refrain from using or browsing the Site.

The Visitor and the User accept that they may be subject to the Processing of Personal Data. By using the Site, the Visitor or User consents to such Processing and guarantees that all Personal Data provided are accurate.
The Company holds all Intellectual Property rights to the Site.
Intellectual Property is defined as (a) all inventions, whether patentable or not, and whether or not they have an identified industrial application, and all improvements relating thereto, as well as all patents and patent applications, and all other applications, whether initial or divisional, (b) all trademarks and other distinctive signs, whether registered or not, and logos and slogans relating thereto, including company names, (c) all texts and other works likely to be protected by copyright (d) all typographies or semi-conductors (e) all trade secrets, commercial methods, (f) all plant breeders' certificates (g) all registered or unregistered designs or other industrial drawings (h) all rights relating to software, whether registered or unregistered, whether industrial property rights, rights derived from copyright or ownership of know-how, (i) all rights to databases (j) all rights to domain names, whatever their suffix, as well as to Internet sites in terms of their structure, appearance and content, (k) more generally, all rights to intangible assets likely to correspond to the protection of an idea, and (l) all reproductions, in whatever form, tangible or intangible, of the objects of intellectual property listed above.
Intellectual Property rights and all other property rights relating to the content available on the Site, in particular the layout, source code, display and technical information associated with the Site, are the exclusive property of the Company.
All Intellectual Property rights that are not expressly assigned remain with the Company. This is particularly the case for product texts, technology(ies), content, source code, design and graphics, as well as any other element appearing on the Site.
Access to the Site does not grant a license to the Intellectual Property rights of third parties.
Any use of an Intellectual Property element requires the prior written authorization of the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage, loss, delay or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, riot, civil commotion or terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, airport closures, adverse weather conditions, interruption or failure of any public utility, or acts of any local or national government.

The present General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy constitute the entire contractual relationship with the Company.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court or competent tribunal to be invalid, such provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Company's failure to enforce any provision of the Site Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future with respect to such provision, any other provision or the Site Terms and Conditions as a whole.
No right, license or obligation under the Site Terms may be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of the Company.
The Site Terms and Conditions and the use of the Site, as well as all matters arising therefrom or related thereto (including non-contractual disputes or claims and their interpretations), are governed by French law, to the exclusion of conflict of law rules.
Any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site Terms and Conditions (including non-contractual claims or disputes and their interpretation) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
The Company and the Visitor and/or User shall make every effort to settle disputes amicably as a matter of priority.
